These are preview headings for the Host HQ service terms. The final terms must be reconciled with the existing product agreements and billing flow before publication.
Venue services
Host HQ provides browser-based tools that help venues organise and present entertainment events. The venue remains responsible for its premises, staff, participants and the lawful running of each event.
Product availability, included features and any trial conditions will be confirmed when a venue starts service.
Accounts and access
Venue account details must be kept secure and used only by authorised people. Access may be limited where necessary to protect the service, other venues or participants.
Payments and product changes
Paid products are supplied as a monthly venue service. The amount and included products are confirmed before payment setup or any later bundle change takes effect.
Live events
Hosts should complete a short equipment and connection test before an event. Host HQ cannot guarantee that third-party internet connections, venue equipment or player devices will always be available.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with other users, to bypass access controls or to run remote gambling activities outside the agreed product scope.
