When you request a trial or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, venue name, town, product interests and any information you include in your message.

Venue products may also hold the account, event and operational information needed to provide the service.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, arrange venue trials and provide requested information. Service information is used to operate, secure and support venue products.

We do not use a trial request to sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, communicate about or operate Host HQ products, or where the law requires it.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the relevant enquiry, service, legal or security purpose.

Your choices

You can ask about the information we hold or request a correction by emailing info@hostmyquiz.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or accounting reasons.
