This preview describes the intended simple venue cancellation route. The final wording must match the live Direct Debit and account processes before publication.
How to cancel
Email info@hostmyquiz.co.uk from the venue account email and include the venue name and the products you want to cancel. We will confirm the request and the date on which future access and collections will change.
Bundle changes
You can also ask to remove individual products while keeping the rest of the Host HQ bundle. Any revised monthly price and effective date will be confirmed before the change is applied.
Direct Debit timing
Where a payment instruction is already being processed, the change may take effect from the following collection. We will explain the timing in the cancellation confirmation.
After cancellation
Access to cancelled products ends on the confirmed date. Records may be retained where needed for security, support, legal or accounting purposes.
